This beautiful condo is located in the heart of OLD TOWN, Key West & Historic District!! Just steps to DUVAL!! Walk everywhere!! You do not need a car with this location... park it and leave it!! Walk to all the bars, shops, restaurants and beaches.
There is a large community pool just one block away at 300 Catherine Street which has a large pool, picnic tables, basketball courts & a playground.
A short bike ride away in the Historic Seaport at Conch Harbor is Dante's Pool & Raw Bar at 951 Caroline Street. They have a large swimming pool, restaurant, full bar & tiki bar & it is open to the public (children & pets are welcome).
Southernmost Point is just 3 short blocks away for some memorable picture taking.
Fort Zachery Taylor Beach is a few blocks away, it has an entrance fee & picnic tables.
Southernmost Beach is 3 short blocks away and is free to the public.
